Willie Lee McCovey
Willie McCovey was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1986 as a Player by the BBWAA receiving 81.4 percent of the vote that year. Willie was a First Baseman and Leftfielder who played in the majors for 22 years playing in 2,588 games. He batted 8,197 times from the left side with 2,211 hits, 521 home runs, 1,555 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .270. He was born on January 10, 1938 in Mobile, AL. His nickname is "Stretch, Mac or Big Mac."
