Victor Gazaway Willis

Vic Willis was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Vic was a Pitcher who played in the majors for 13 years playing in 531 games. Vic pitched right-handed in 513 games totalling 3,996 innings with 1,651 strikeouts and recorded a career ERA of 2.63. He batted 1,493 times from the right side with 248 hits, 1 home runs, 84 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .166. He was born on April 12, 1876 in Cecil County, MD. Vic went to his Field of Dreams on August 3, 1947.
