Steve "Mongo" McMichael, Pro Football Hall of Famer, died April 23, 2025, at 67, after battling ALS. A Chicago Bears legend, he starred in the 1985 Super Bowl XX win, with 92.5 sacks and two Pro Bowls. A Texas Longhorn All-American, he was a member of the College Football and Pro Football Halls of Fame. In World Championship Wrestling (WCW), he won the U.S. Championship. Known for his vibrant Chicago media presence, McMichael faced ALS with grit. Inducted into the Hall in 2024, he leaves wife Misty, daughter Macy, and siblings.
