Orlando Cepeda was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Orlando was a First Baseman and Leftfielder who played in the majors for 17 years playing in 2,124 games. He batted 7,927 times from the right side with 2,351 hits, 379 home runs, 1,365 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .297. He was born on September 17, 1937 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. His nickname is "Cha Cha or Baby Bull."
