Charles Gardner Radbourn

Old Hoss Radbourn was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1939 as a Player by the Old Timers. Old was a Pitcher and Rightfielder who played in the majors for 12 years playing in 653 games. Old pitched right-handed in 527 games totalling 4,527 innings with 1,830 strikeouts and recorded a career ERA of 2.68. He batted 2,487 times from the right side with 585 hits, 9 home runs, 259 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .235. He was born on December 11, 1854 in Rochester, NY. His nickname was "Old Hoss." Old went to his Field of Dreams on February 5, 1897.
