Edward Hugh Hanlon

Ned Hanlon was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1996 as a Manager by the Veteran's Committee. Ned was a Centerfielder who played in the majors for 13 years playing in 1,267 games. He batted 5,074 times from the left side with 1,317 hits, 30 home runs, 517 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .260. He was born on August 22, 1857 in Montville, CT. Ned went to his Field of Dreams on April 14, 1937.
