He batted 6,579 times from the right side with 1,963 hits, 186 home runs, 1,023 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .298. He was born on November 29, 1925 in La Habana, La Habana. His nickname was "Cuban Comet." Minnie went to his Field of Dreams on March 1, 2015.
