Joe Tinker was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1946 as a Player by the Old Timers. Joe was a Shortstop who played in the majors for 15 years playing in 1,806 games. He batted 6,441 times from the right side with 1,690 hits, 31 home runs, 785 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .262. He was born on July 27, 1880 in Muscotah, KS. Joe went to his Field of Dreams on July 27, 1948.
