Herb Thomas
Herb Thomas was inducted as a Driver into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2013. He raced in 229 races, winning 48 with 122 Top Five and 156 Top Ten finishes. His cars won 39 poles and led 6,788 laps of a total of 30,000. Herb was born on April 6, 1923 in Olivia, NC. Sadly, Herb went to the Eternal Oval on August 9, 2000.
