Enos Bradsher Slaughter

Enos Slaughter was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1985 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Enos was a Rightfielder who played in the majors for 19 years playing in 2,380 games. He batted 7,946 times from the left side with 2,383 hits, 169 home runs, 1,304 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .300. He was born on April 27, 1916 in Roxboro, NC. His nickname was "Country." Enos went to his Field of Dreams on August 12, 2002.
