Edgar was a Designated Hitter and Third Baseman who played in the majors for 18 years playing in 2,055 games for the Seattle Mariners. He batted 7,213 times from the right side with 2,247 hits, 309 home runs, 1,261 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .312. He was born on January 2, 1963 in New York, NY. His nickname is "Gar or Papi."
