Clark Griffith was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1946 as a Pioneer/Executive by the Old Timers. Clark was a Pitcher and Outfielder who played in the majors for 21 years playing in 485 games. Clark pitched right-handed in 453 games totalling 3,385 innings with 955 strikeouts and recorded a career ERA of 3.31. He batted 1,380 times from the right side with 321 hits, 8 home runs, 166 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .233. He was born on November 20, 1869 in Clear Creek, MO. His nickname was "The Old Fox." Clark went to his Field of Dreams on October 27, 1955.
