Chick Hafey was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Chick was a Outfielder who played in the majors for 13 years playing in 1,283 games for the Cincinnati Reds. He batted 4,625 times from the right side with 1,466 hits, 164 home runs, 833 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .317. He was born on February 12, 1903 in Berkeley, CA. Chick went to his Field of Dreams on July 2, 1973.
