Carlton Ernest Fisk

Carlton Fisk was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000 as a Player by the BBWAA receiving 79.6 percent of the vote that year. Carlton was a Catcher who played in the majors for 24 years playing in 2,499 games for the Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox. He batted 8,756 times from the right side with 2,356 hits, 376 home runs, 1,330 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .269. He was born on December 26, 1947 in Bellows Falls, VT. His nickname is "Pudge."
