William Jennings Bryan Herman

Billy Herman was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1975 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Billy was a Second Baseman and Third Baseman who played in the majors for 15 years playing in 1,922 games. He batted 7,707 times from the right side with 2,345 hits, 47 home runs, 839 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .304. He was born on July 7, 1909 in New Albany, IN. Billy went to his Field of Dreams on September 5, 1992.
