William Stanley Mazeroski

Bill Mazeroski was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001 as a Player by the Veteran's Committee. Bill was a Second Baseman who played in the majors for 17 years playing in 2,163 games for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He batted 7,755 times from the right side with 2,016 hits, 138 home runs, 853 RBIs, and recorded a career batting average of .260. He was born on September 5, 1936 in Wheeling, WV. His nickname is "Maz."
